NEET 2021- PREPARE YOURSELF IN A MONTH

NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) will be held in May according to the sources. You have only a little more than one month left to appear for NEET 2021. This happens with the students when they realize that they have much to complete in the limited-time. Nonetheless, a systematic study plan will help you out to cover your syllabus within the time left. Let’s know more about how we can prepare for NEET just in a month.

At this moment in time, you should have covered the whole syllabus, especially from NCERT apart from reference books. If not whole, try at least covering a significant part of the NEET syllabus. Instead of starting from the beginning, you should focus on what you have done to date and revise that. Because standing at the point where you have only one month left to appear for the exam, you cannot take the risk of studying in detail. It would be your biggest mistake if you try to start something new at this point. You must obligate your left one month to mock tests and side by side revision.

Preparing a Study Plan 

Until the exam day, a proper timetable has to be made. Your study plan should be based on your preparation strategy. It will not take more than 20 minutes to make the schedule because you are the only one you know about yourself the best. Everything should be included that you are efficiently able to cover within one month. Once you are done, paste it in front of your study table or from where it is catchy and clearly visible to you. Try to wake up early in the morning because it keeps your mind refresh and helps you to better focus on your studies.

Revision

The very first thing you need to learn is co-operation with the time. You must give enough time to the revision. According to your table, spend scheduled time for each subject or topic. You must not take a long time on easy topics but work hard on the tough ones that can help you to score well. The further step is to calculate the number of hours that will be required for revising all three subjects. On an average basis, you are going to spend approximately six to seven hours on revision. Lastly, decrease the time that you spend in between breaks.

Mock Tests

To solve NEET mock tests will be your next step under your one-month preparation plan. Try giving a minimum of three to four hours in solving mock tests every day. It will boost up your speed. Subject wise tests will also enhance your knowledge more on a particular chapter so that you do not have to spend much on each topic. Make a habit of taking mock tests frequently as it will improve your questions solving skill and speed as well.

Learn From Your Previous Mistakes

It will not be enough if you solely solve the mock tests. Give some time to look over your weak points and mistakes that can cause you to drop marks. Moreover, pay precise attention to the questions which you could not attempt or left in the mock test.

Rest is Important

Do not forget to include a proper 6 to 8 hours of sleep to your schedule. It may sound much, but for a student, sleep is equally important as his/her studies. Adequate sleep is essential to stay refreshed before and on the day exam. Also, proper rest will help you to stay fit and healthy throughout this period of NEET 2021 preparation.

Stay Focused

The most important thing in this phase is to stay concentrated and disciplined. You might suffer the loss of time before the exam if you show carelessness to your timetable and do things randomly. Furthermore, be surrounded by positive people who give you good advice as well as cheer you up when you think of giving up. Lastly, believe in yourself & your preparation.
