GGSIPU Online Choice Submission and Round 1 Result for Academic Session 2022–2023

This continues University Schedule Notification No. 181/2022, which was issued on July 28, 2022. The following programs’ choice-filling, round-one result declaration, and other activity schedules are provided for the academic year 2022–2023:

1.GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  • The candidate is solely responsible for making sure they meet the minimal requirements for the programs to which they are applying, as well as for checking that any information provided on their area, category, or other relevant facts for seat allocation is accurate. Please also refer to University Notification No. 175/2022 dated 21.07.2022 in this respect. Admission to the program will be revoked and all fees paid will be lost if the information provided by the candidate is discovered to be fraudulent or inaccurate at any stage of the admission procedure.
  • Candidates are encouraged to submit their applications well in advance to avoid the last-minute rush. Network issues or any other issues of this sort that may arise during the last-minute submission of an online application or during any other activity are not the responsibility of the University.
  • Candidates seeking a place in the Delhi “Region” must have successfully completed the qualifying examination (10+2/Graduation) at one of the Delhi-based institutes or colleges. If seats are allotted to the wrong area due to erroneous form filling, the allocation will be canceled at a later time, and the candidate will immediately forfeit the right to the seat in his legitimate region if it is still available.

2.Optional Filling

  • Choice filling is required for seat assignment. Without the filled-in options or preferences, the applicant will not be taken into consideration for the online seat allocation.
  • Following registration, candidates must fill out their allotment choices during the choice-filling period from a list of all conceivable pairings of all institutes and courses that are offered, in the order of their preferences.
  • When the window for filling out choices or preferences closes, the choices or preferences submitted by the candidate will be considered to determine seat allocation.

    • d) Because some applicants only select a small number of options, it has been observed from prior experiences that certain seats may not be allocated during seat allocation. In order to increase their chances of receiving a seat, aspirants are once again instructed to select as many options as they can.
    • e) Candidates will, however, have the chance to alter, change, add, or delete preferences for the upcoming round of counseling once seats are assigned in Round 1.
    • f) Candidates are also urged to fill out their preferences and choices, save them, and then print off the stored preferences and selections to save for later use.

    3.Result / Allocation of Seats in every round

    • a) Following the choice-filling period, all of the candidates’ choices and preferences will be taken into consideration for online seat allotment based on merit and the appropriate category and area.
    • b) The following candidates will not be given consideration for a seat:
    • Applicants who have not submitted the participation cost for counseling not enrolled despite having paid the counseling participation cost, or the opposite paid the participation price for counseling and registered but did not complete the choices or preferences.
    • Candidates who received a seat in any round but failed to pay the part-time tuition of $40,000 will not be taken into consideration in the next round of counseling.

    • c) The candidate can access the results using the account login information provided at registration.
    • d) If the candidate is given a seat, they can print a provisional allotment letter.
    • e) The Provisional Allotment Letter printing option will only be available for the specific round; within the allotted time, and the record won’t be accessible in the future round of online counseling.

    f)In order to confirm their seat allotment and involvement in the following round of counseling, candidates must pay the part intellectual fee of Rs. 40,000. If they do not, they forfeit any claim to the seat they have been assigned and will not be given further consideration for any subsequent rounds of online counseling, even if they meet other requirements.

    • g) Through the online option, candidates can pay the admission price for the provisionally assigned seat, which is the same as the participation charge for the counseling process. using credit/debit/net banking. Candidates may print Provisional Allotment Letter Evidence of Part Academic Fee Payment There will be a payment receipt for Rs.40,000/ on the candidate’s profile. It will only be accessible during the specific round of the time period.
    • After each round of counseling, the assigned seats are frozen or floated.
    • If a candidate is happy with the seat that has been assigned to him after each round of counseling and does not want to take part in additional rounds of counseling for an upgrade, he or she may freeze the seat by selecting the freeze option found in his or her account on the counseling website within the allotted time frame.
    • The candidate should select option Float if they like to enhance their selection by taking part in the following round of counseling based on the choices they have made.
    • Candidates that choose the “FLOAT-option” will be permitted to participate in the following round of counseling, and if they are unable to receive a higher choice, their assigned seat will be kept.
    • Resignation and Fee Refund Following Online Counseling Sessions

    If a candidate wants to cancel their admission against the reserved seat after paying the academic fees, they can do so by using the withdrawal option in their account on the admission portal within the permitted time frame and completing the online withdrawal process.

    All candidates who have withdrawn, frozen their seat, have not paid the Part Academic Fee of Rs. 40,000/-, and who do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be taking part in the next round of online counseling. Instead, the openings for these candidates will be taken into consideration for seat allocation in subsequent rounds.
