GGSIPU : MBA ROUND 3 COUNSELLING SCHEDULE

Schedule for taking admission into MBA course through online counseling round 3 for the academic year 2022-2023 :

After the allotment of seat , candidates have to pay Rs. 40,000 so as to confirm or book the seat allotted and if student fails to pay the amount , shall loss the seat and will not be allowed to participate in the further rounds. After result declaration of round 3 29.08.2022
Candidates can take the print of the provisional allotment letter and the proof of the payment done of Rs. 40,000. After result declaration of round 3 29.08.2022
If a candidate has paid Rs. 40,000 and now want to withdraw the application for admission ,he/she can apply under the section withdrawal on their profile portal and this option will be granted only for a short period of time. After result declaration of round 3 29.08.2022
Reporting to the college after allotment and seat confirmation 31.08.2022 02.09.2022

Few important details about the whole admission procedure:

CHOICE FILLING :

This is a very important and the first procedure for taking admission into any college. Candidate need to fill the choice form as per their preference. The higher preference is needed to be placed on the top most of the list and then followed by the rest or low preference choice .

Candidates should fill maximum number of choices so that after the declaration of result of round 1, candidate has availed at least one college from the preference list. After the declaration of result of round 1, candidates will be allowed to edit their choice form , they can add/delete/modify the choices . Candidates should saved the choices changed and must keep a print of the new choices . The editing of the choice form will only be opened for s limited time and no one will be allowed to make any change in the form after the time.

RESULT:

After the allotment of seats in the round 1 ,the candidates allotted with any seat must fill the amount of Rs 40,000 to reserve their seat for those who are not satisfied with the seat they have got also have to pay the amount and then can appear for the next round for betterment. Candidate who fail to deposit the amount will not be allowed to participate in further rounds.

FREEZE / FLOAT :

If an candidate is happy with the allotment and do not want to participate in further rounds then, he/she can freeze the seat and report to the respective college and pay the fees via NEFT/Demand Draft.

While if a candidate is not satisfied with the allotment can go for FLOAT option, which means that candidate wants to appear for the next round for betterment and if the candidate do not get any betterment then he/she can retain the seat.

WITHDRAWAL AND FEE REFUND:

The candidates who not interested in accepting the seat and want to withdraw their application can go to their profile portal and can select withdrawal option. Then the further process of refund of fees is done .

The candidates who have got the seat after result declaration and they have not paid the minimum confirmation fees will not be allowed to sit for the next round.

LAST ROUND SEAT ALLOTMENT:

This is the final stage , any candidate getting seat here will be final and there is no further round for betterment.

Also, if the candidates are still not satisfied with the seat allotted then they also have the option to withdraw their application.

REPORTING TO COLLEGE ALLOTTED:

The candidates who have been allotted the seats in the counseling round can report to the college to confirm their seat by making the confirmation payment of Rs. 40,000. Whereas, the candidates who are not yet satisfied with the seat allotted to them and want to go for the further round are also required to pay the minimum amount of Rs. 40,000 and sit for the next round.

The academic fees is Rs. 92,000 and can be paid through:
