Brief of NEET Solution Key 2022

The NEET (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test) UG 2022 was in the control of NTA (National Test Agency) that had been held on 17th July, 2022. The interim Solution Key is expected to be announced shortly on the official website- neet.nta.nic.in. Utilising the solution key, the candidates can easily check the answers in OMR sheet and can estimate their approximate marks which will be beneficial for the students.

The officials will announce the provisional solution key for all paper codes of NEET. Moreover, the contenders will get the chance to put forward representation against the marking of OMR by paying a fee of Rs. 200 each question for processing. This fee is not refundable. On the basis of collection of the objections, the ultimate solution key as well as the result will be declared.

In the present year, almost 18.72 lakh medical aspirants have enrolled for the NEET exam which is said to be the highest among all other examination across India. Jaipur had the maximum candidates whereas West Sikkim got the minimum candidates. Likewise, outside India, Dubai got the highest number of candidates and minimum in Thailand. The NEET UG 2022 had taken place in almost 3,570 centres situated in 497 cities across India and 14 cities outside India.

To download the Solution Key for NEET UG 2022, here are the steps you should follow:

  • First go through the official website of NTA NEET– neet.nta.nic.in.
  • Then a link showing ‘View and challenge answer key, OMR and response sheet’ is displayed which is to be clicked.
  • Put the application number, password as well as the security pin.
  • Click the line showing ‘view/challenge answer key’
  • Then the solution key will be displayed for individual paper code
  • Read the solution key for each and every paper code and check the answers
  • Lastly, assess the marks you will get in the entrance examination.

After the declaration of NEET result, qualified candidates will be allowed to be a part of the counselling procedure which is managed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for the 15% AIQ (All India Quota) seats as well as 85% seats included in state quota by individual authorities of states.

In the time of counselling, students need to enrol, fill in their programme preference as well as colleges and lastly pay the fees for counselling session. Then, the qualified candidates will be assigned seats on the basis of their selection, rank of NEET UG 2022, accessible seats and reservations.

At present, the result of NEET UG 2022 is expected to be released by August end. One of the NTA officials has said that they are trying to release the solution key by the last week of August. Once notification arrives for answer key, the result will be announced and the candidates can check it out on the NEET website which is neet.nta.nic.in.
