NEET 2021: state-wise updates on counseling

It is more than one and half month after the declaration of NEET scores 2021 now. But, the students who wrote NEET 2021 are still under eager waiting for the counseling process in all India level. The delaying of the process is getting more and more criticisms every day, from various sections of the society. In the mean time, the states are now slowly continuing with state level counseling process. Almost 85% of medical seats in the states are reserved for state quota, for which the states are now starting the counseling.

Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has declared that counseling will include four stages, even though they do not make any notes on counseling for all India quotas.

Important notes on NEET UG 2021 counseling:

  • Counseling will include four rounds.
  • The AIQ will be not added with state quota seats, even after two rounds. (In previous years it was merged with state quota after 2 rounds of counseling process.)
  • AIQ seats will be remained as itself, until the seats get filed in mop-up round or stray vacancy round.
  • It is expected that NEET Counseling 2021 for All India Quota may begin after 6th January 2022.

Client Testimonial

MBBS Abroad is a big decision and your success depends upon the honesty of your consultant. It is a long process starting from choosing the right college to reaching there at college door step and finally studying there for next 5-6 years. You are in a new country without many old friends. We were sure to approach a consultant who is based out of our district only so that not only during admission but for next 6 years, we can have smooth interactions. So, we approached GKWorks as they have a branch in Saharanpur. As we anticipated, there are lot of things to be done during admission process that goes for 3-4 months. At every step, it was useful for us to have our consultant who was only 20 minutes’ drive from our home. We were able to discuss everything face to face any day and thus were able to have easy process.
