After a delay of more than two months, the NEET PG counseling process 2021 have came for a fast processing now. The registration for Round 1 counseling is opened from January 12th to January 17th, by the MCC. Here, this article is to provide some necessary information on NEET PG Counseling 2021.

NEET PG counseling is conducted by MCC, for admissions in All India Quota. The process will be conducted in four rounds, from this academic year onwards. From this year, they have added two more rounds in counseling named AIQ- mop-up round and AIQ Stray vacancy round. In earlier, stray round and mop-up was there, but was for central and deemed universities only. Also, it was conducted in offline mode, by every university separately. But now, these rounds are also done for state universities, in online mode. This year stray round will be conducted for AIQ seats and DNB seats, for DGHS, MoHFW for all central universities and institutions, in a common platform only.

Verification of applicants January 18 & 19, 2022

Round 1 results January 22, 2022

 

The round 2 will be conducted from February 3 to 7. The round 3 will be from 24 to 28, in February itself.

 

NEET PG 2021 counseling: important notes for applicants

 

  • The counseling will have four rounds in total, for both medical and dental courses, in both UG and PG level.
  • Students can complete their application from the link given in official website of MCC ( that is, www.mcc.nic.in )
  • Use same mobile number and email ID, given during application time of NEET exam.
  • Keep a copy of application form and admit card until you complete your PG course. 

You will need to enter some details in counseling application, as same as in the exam application itself.

  • NEET PG 2021 is for AIQ seats. State Quota seats admission will be done separately for all states.  The AIQ seats are reserved for 15% in UG courses and 50% in PG courses.
  • The registration process for NEET PG 2021 includes:
  • Click the appropriate counseling tab, after entering into the official page of MCC
  • Choose the link given for registration, and complete register yourself by providing required details.
  • After registering successfully, log in to the page.
  • Fill your application and upload necessary documents.
  • Pay the counseling fee, and submit.
  • Take a copy of application for future reference.
  • Documents demanded for NEET PG Counseling 2021:
  • Admit card – NEET PG 2021
  • Application form – copy
  • NEET 2021- score card
  • Age proof – 10th standard certificate
  • 12t standard certificate
  • Nationality certificate
  • Aadhar card
  • Keep community certificate, Disability certificate and Income certificate if necessary
  • The NEET PG 2021 provides reservation, according to the latest Supreme Court verdict itself. The reservation for various categories is like-
