LATEST UPDATES FOR MCC & AYUSH NEET 2021 COUNSELLING

The results for NEET 2021 were announced on 01 November 2021. For the undergraduate medical counselling, the registration process will soon be started by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) and the AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC)as well as other central and state counselling committees.

The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) and the AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) are two central counselling committees and on the basis of their eligibility criterion, students also have the opportunity to apply for medical seats according to the state quota.

MCC Counselling

The Medical Counseling Committee overlooks the counselling for MBBS and BDS students for 15% All-India Quota (AIQ) seats. A recently updated notification on the MCC website, i.e., https://mcc.nic.in/#/home , has informed all qualified students that the schedule for counselling, an information bulletin board and the seat matrix will be announced soon. All students should refer the information bulletin board, the seat matrix and cross-check all other eligibility criterion for their desired medical college, before applying for counselling in order to facilitate the admission procedure.

AACCC Counselling

The AACCC overlooks the counselling procedure for the AYUSH courses. These AYUSH courses include Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor in Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS), Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS), and Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS). The website, i.e., https://aaccc.gov.in/ is expected to soon release the information bulletin board along with the counselling procedure.

We live 100 Km’s away from Varanasi. The internet connection in our town is very weak and my parents are not that educated. For us, understanding the word RTGS was also very difficult.
