Private institutes action on fixed fees by the govt?

The Madras High Court today ,with Justice N Mala and Chief Justice Munishwar Nath Bhandari reserved their decision on the recently filled petition by the private medical institute regarding the order published by the National Medical Commission (NMC) which was all about charging a fixed fees by the government in the private medical colleges various courses on half of the seats in the private institutes.

After the first hearing which took place on last Wednesday the committee of various private institutes complaint that why are they insisted so much to collect a government decided fixed amount for about half of the seats in their institutes. 

And if the NMC is willing to pass this order then they should subsidize the fees so that the institutes do not have to face any loss, demanded by the institutes.

Although the solicitor mentioned that, this matter came after various studies, reports and data analysis of past fees structures of different institutes and was taken into consideration so that the private institutes do not make high money from student for the financial profit of the institutes.

We live 100 Km’s away from Varanasi. The internet connection in our town is very weak and my parents are not that educated. For us, understanding the word RTGS was also very difficult.
