NEET UG NRI Details 2021

 

With the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) giving the latest announcement for the NRI conversion quota, the application process for the same has reportedly begun. According to the official notification, the candidates who wish to convert under the NRI quota must send an official email with all required documents by 13 February.  

 

The candidates who wish to convert themselves should be true to their cause under the orders of the supreme court. The emails should be submitted within the stipulated time to get themselves registered under the quota. The mail id is nri.adgmemcc1@gmail.com. Any application without the supporting documents will not be valid.

 

The applicants who get converted will be considered as NRI for all the other rounds of the counselling. Reports also state that they will not be eligible under the Muslim and Jain Minority Quota or any other Quota related concessions. 

 

The important documents that should be processed for the same are, proof stating that the candidate is NRI i.e., Passport, Visa of the candidate, An affidavit for the sponsorer stating that the fee for the course will be managed by the same, A certificate from the Consulate or Embassy for proof and the NEET score card. An undertaking duly should also be submitted by the candidate stating the request for conversion along with the declaration that the candidate has completed NEET-UG Examination 2021 and is eligible for counselling under the same.

We live 100 Km’s away from Varanasi. The internet connection in our town is very weak and my parents are not that educated. For us, understanding the word RTGS was also very difficult.
