University School of Architecture and Planning (USAP) offers an undergraduate degree course i.e. B. Arch. This is a GGSIPU affiliated college.

Institute encourages its students to work outside their zone of comfort and take up new challenges in areas of Urban and Regional Planning, Technology, Ecology, Building Management, and Habitat Management along with gaining basic knowledge of Architecture.

USAP provides high-class infrastructural facilities to its students.

Facilities comprise a library filled with numerous books, architecture studios, and workshops.

A new building is under construction for future use of USAP in the East campus of GGSIPU. It is also thought to establish the Institute of Design along with USAP.

The faculty of USAP is greatly experienced in their respective departments, which proves advantageous for students. A variety of programs are also conducted for students to enhance a good personality other than work.

2. MBS School of Planning and Architecture

Affiliated with GGSIPU, MBS School of Planning and Architecture has a grant from COA and, AICTE.

To bestow students with excellent quality of knowledge is the principal focus of the institute. For students, capacious design studios are created by the college to make them familiar with the work concepts.

MBSSPA is built with many workshops namely
