Lists Of PG Phase 1 & 2 Enrolled Applicants

 

New Delhi:The MCC has announced the listing of invited applicants for phase 1 & 2 for NEET counseling 2021 regarding PG medical admittance for the year, according to a latest revelation.

 

The listing of nominees who enlisted in phase-1 and phase-2 of AIQ, Presumed and Governmental Universities in M.D/ M.S/ Degree & PG DNB Programs is given for the reference of DMEs from all regions.

 

In accordance with the guidance of the Apex Court of India began dating 09-05-2017 carried in W.P Num. 267 of 2017 Dar-Us-Slam Education Trust V / s. MCI & Ors. & W.P(C) Num. 820 of 2021 Snigda Leo Versus. MCC & Anr., applicants who enlist their spots of phase-2 assigned by MCC of DGHS would not be able to unload from their spots.

 

The MCC has clarified that after an applicant has been accepted into phase 2 of NEET / NEET PG Counseling for current educational year’s health admittance, no dismissals are permitted. The following is the timeframe that MCC announced on its online webpage for the withdrawal of phase seats as well as on the intramce platform:

 

UG Program: 04:00 P.M. on 15 Feb 2022

 

PG Program: 04:00 P.M. on 3 Feb 2022

 

Nevertheless, as stated in the cases of Dar-u-slam Education Foundation & ors. versus MCI & ors. (W.P. num. 267 of 2017) & Snigda Leo v / s MCC & ORS (W.P.num. 820 of 2021), no withdrawal is permitted after the applicant is a component of phase 2 of Counseling performed by MCC. The MCC notification warned institutions not to take resignations offline because “empty spots granted via offline resigning would not be considered in later phases of Counseling.”
