AIIMS Raebareli: MBBS Admission Details

 

The AIIMS (Raebareli) has issued the qualifying conditions, fee details, plus presenting directives for applicants seeking MBBS admittance this year through a latest revelation.

 

Applicants shortlisted for admittance to AIIMS Raebareli’s MBBS Course for the 2021 year must come to the AIIMS, Raebareli’s Medical University Office block on the bottom floor.

 

On reporting, applicants should present the following papers in genuine, as well as one pair of self-attested printouts of all of these records:

  1. Allotment Letter provided by MCC

 

  1. Admit Card of Exam provided by NTA

 

iii. Result/Rank Letter provided by NTA

 

  1. Class Xth Marks Sheet as proof of DOB

 

  1. Xth Certificate

 

  1. XIIth Marks Sheet

 

vii. XIIth Certificate

 

viii. Class XIIth Migration Certificate

 

  1. Relieving Letter

 

  1. Category Certificate (OBC/SC/ST/EWS) as applied should be provided according to layout offered at AIIMS prospectus.

 

  1. The relevant authority provides a SC/ST certification. The term “community” should be used.

 

  1. The relevant authorities should grant the OBC Certificate. The sub-caste should correspond to the OBC central list. Applicants from the Creamy Tier should not apply. The structure of the OBC certification must be followed.

 

  1. The DNS certification must be provided by an appropriate authority and in the structure specified.

 

  1. The relevant authority must provide the EWS certificate, which has to be in the approved format.

 

Observe: 1. OBC/EWS certifications should be given starting 1 Apr, 2020 (including) and will be acceptable till the commencement of Phase 1 of MBBS Counselling as determined by the MCC for MBBS admittance.

 

All certifications should be written in either English or Hindi. If the certification is in a local language, the applicant must bring an authenticated converted version in English or Hindi.

 

  1. Disability (PWBD) Certificate- A statutory body and authorised Medical Board of the Provincial or Central Govt Institutions must certify the impairment certification in accordance with the norm.

 

Notice: To assess eligibility, all PWBD applicants will be reviewed by the Institutional Medical Board of AIIMS Raebareli. As a result, all PWBD applicants are recommended to meet at least 1-2 days prior to the actual day of reportage, so that the Institute Medical Board can evaluate them. DO NOT DELAY UNTIL VERY LAST DAY TO REPORT.

 

xii.Four (4) passport-size images, similar to those in the form.

 

xiii. Identification (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Driver’s License – Aadhar Card is preferred)

 

xiv. Kindly bring your actual ID card as well, since the print will be compared to the authentic.

 

Eligibility 

  1.  Age: Applicants must have been birthed on or before 31 Dec, 2004.

 

  1. Minimum Academic Requirement:
  • Applicants must have completed 12th Class underneath the 10+2 CBSE or a recognized board with Eng, Phy, Chem, and Bio as subjects from a reputed university in any State.

 

  • Applicants who have taken or will take a competency test with English, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology as their primary subjects and anticipate to finish with the requisite percentage of marks are also able to qualify for and take the Competitive Entrance Test. Their candidacy, nevertheless, will only be accepted if they can show verifiable proof of passing the qualifying exam with the requisite courses and percent of scores.

 

iii. Minimum Percentage:

 

The following is the minimal sum of scores gained in the qualification test in English, Physics, Chemistry, & Biology:

 

  • General (UR), OBC, EWS applicants: 60%

 

.SC/ST applicants: 50%

 

  • PwBD applicants: 45%

 

Those who only have CGPA results must use the correction factor in the registration form. The conversion factor must be determined by the exam board in question.

 

At the time of admittance, a total of Rs. 5,856 must be paid upfront, debit/credit cards, or demand draught in care of Executive Director AIIMS, Raebareli alone. The following is a breakdown of the fees that must be charged:

 

Fees for academics and other expenses

Registration Fee: 25.00

Caution Money: 100.00

Tuition Fee: 1350.00

Laboratory Fee: 90.00

Student Union Fee: 63.00

Total (A): 1628.00

 

Fees for hostel and other expenses

Hostel Rent: 990.00

Gymkhana Fee: 220.00

Pot Fund: 13200

Electricity Charges: 198..00

Mess Security: 500.00(Refundable)

Hostel Security: 1000.00(Refundable)

Total (B): 4228.00

 

Grand Total (A+B): 5856.00

 

This cost is payable once at the point of entering and covers the whole term of the program.

 

Mess Charge: The mess charge will be determined by the Mess Operator on a case-by-case basis.

It’s possible that the admissions process will take more than a day to complete. As a result, it is prudent to arrange your vacation properly.

 

Applicants who enrolled in the MBBS programme at AIIMS, Raibareli would be kept in possession of their actual certificates, which will not be handed to them till the program is completed. After the second round of counselling, the academic semester for the MBBS 2021 group will presumably begin. Hostel assignment will be made upon the completion of the 2nd phase of counselling, about which applicants will be notified individually.
