In order to apply to US Universities, students have to fill an online application form, submit their mark sheets and other documents along with a Statement of Purpose or an SOP. A statement of purpose is essentially an 800 to 1000 word essay which defines the candidate’s goals and reasons for choosing the specific university and course. Not all students are aware of how the SOP works and how it should be written, we have our experts to whom you can contact through our official website (https://gkworks.in/contact/)
Candidates are also required to submit their test scores of GMAT (in case they are applying for management degree), or GRE (in case you are applying for Masters in Science programs) along with the application. Indian students are also required to submit their TOEFL or IELTS score to show that they are proficient in English Language.
A word of advice to all the students who wish to apply to universities abroad. Your applications are graded on all accounts and not just academics. The universities in USA, unlike in India, are looking for specific characteristics in the candidates and the selection process is subjective and not objective. Hence, it is always better to apply to a minimum of 5 and about 8 to 10 universities to increase your chances of selection. The next phase of admissions is set to start in the month of August 2018 so the earlier you start the more smooth the process will be, to start right now visit https://gkworks.in/

good luck for your future plans!
